Robotic Dogs

The Smart Robot for all terrains

Robots are rapidly being part of our day-to-day life, and incredible developments in technology have resulted in robots now being available to assist companies in almost all areas imaginable. Most robots, however, have been developed either in a humanoid form standing on two legs or using wheels to allow the robot to travel. This has proven to be a major problem for areas which do not have smooth or even terrain, feature steps or obstacles to manoeuvre over. Our ground-breaking designs have been specifically engineered to reach areas inaccessible to other robots, making them the most mobile robot assistant available.

Lite2

Our smallest model, the Lite2 has the ability to move more freely and fit into smaller or more difficult to reach spaces. The Lite2 can run for up to 2.5 hours per battery charge and can bear a load of up to 7.5kg. With 16 line LiDAR, the Lite2 can effectively scan and assess ground surfaces and compute how to navigate the terrain

Mini

Our Quadruped Mini has 7 paces of different speeds as well as the ability to balance after external force disturbances and re-stand itself should it be tipped over. Depth perception cameras and 16 line LiDAR grants the Mini an even more accurate ability to detect obstacles, avoid collisions and accurately travel all ground surfaces.

Jueying

The first domestic quadruped robot created, Jueying has a battery life of up to 4 hours, allowing it to travel fair distances at speeds of up to 8km/h. It has all the abilities of its smaller siblings but in a more robust form, able to navigate more uneven terrain or climb taller stairs.

Jueying X20

Our most powerful model, the Jueying X20 has the greatest range of mobility. It can step over obstacles up to 20cm high, can scale inclines of up to 35 degrees and can cover any terrain, from grasslands to gravel roads. Possibly the most useful aspect of the X20 is the option to add extra equipment such as a robotic arm, satellite navigation system or 5G communication.

Using advanced control algorithms, the Jueying Quadruped robots are able to travel with multiple motion modes, including walking, running, jumping, sliding and even climbing stairs. The superimposed intelligent modules allow the robots to navigate real-time obstacle avoidance and gives it the ability to visually recognise routes and locations. Carefully engineered functions promise a user-friendly experience, abilities vary between our different robot models. Some of these functions include:

  • Voice Interaction

  • Sound source positioning

  • Collision avoidance

  • Depth perception cameras

  • Waterproof outer body

  • Autonomous charging

  • Gesture recognition

  • Remote control system

  • Multi-lines LiDAR for localisation and mapping

How Quadruped Robots can be utilised

The use of a robotic quadruped robot holds a huge amount of potential thanks to its unique and adaptable engineering. Our quadruped robots are already being used for numerous companies in a wide variety of roles, including:

  • Security and patrolling

  • Inspections of hard-to-reach areas

  • Education and research

  • Search and rescue situations

  • Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)

  • Parameter monitoring

  • Routine inspections of grounds

  • Site mapping

The possible uses of a robot that can cover any terrain with ease, access areas unsafe for humans or scan, map and monitor areas is an endless list. Many companies are now finding that keeping up to date with the latest in robotic engineering is benefitting them in huge ways. To find out more and to talk about how you could benefit from the use of one of our robotic quadruped models, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
