Mounted on an adjustable frame and with 12 degrees of mobility, the manipulator is controlled with VisualStudio software using ready-made libraries. The Mechatronics 3D Laboratory Complex 

The 3D Laboratory Complex contains a 3D model of the Mechatronics 2.2 manipulator limb with five structural links and specialized computer software used for managing the actions of the 3D manipulator. Users can create their own algorithms to conduct activities and create scenarios for the andromorphic limb to perform.  The capabilities of this technology provide: 

  • Modelling and research of manipulator kinematics. 

  • Simulation of the movement of the components of the manipulator. 

  • Testing of manipulator motion control algorithms. 

  • Simulation of the positioning of the capture of the manipulator. 

  • Simulation of adjustment of regulators and algorithms of force regulation in manipulator electric drives. 

  • Application of ready-made control algorithms on a real model of a manipulator.
